These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through this website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by them.

2. Products

• Each artwork is described as accurately as possible.

• Colours may vary slightly due to differences in screen display.

• Limited edition prints are signed and numbered; once editions are sold out, no further copies will be produced.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include any applicable taxes.

• Payment is taken securely at checkout through Stripe or PayPal.

• Orders are not dispatched until payment is received in full.

4. Shipping

• Orders are packaged securely and shipped flat via tracked services.

• Estimated delivery times are provided but are not guaranteed.

• Buyers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.

• Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or faulty.

• Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

6. Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

• Once dispatched, the standard Returns policy applies.

7. Limitation of Liability

• I am not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs authorities.

• Compensation is limited to the value of the artwork purchased.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
